Do you have property for sale in Bulgaria? Are you interested in selling your
property in Bulgaria through us?
Whether it is a villa, apartment, house or a plot of land, advertising a
property
in Bulgaria with us is very straight forward, and what is best… it is free, absolutely free to place an advert on our website!!
What information do we need to sell your property in Bulgaria?
All you need to do is contact us with the details and supply a number of photos to show, interior and well as exterior parts of the house or photos of the views, if you are selling land in Bulgaria.
Buyers like to see the property for sale from as many angles as possible. For houses good interior photos are as important as exterior ones. They give the buyer a good idea of the standard of the property, therefore photos of walls, floors and ceilings, especially those with special features such as wooden beams or coloured ceramic tiles are recommended.
An overview of any facilities available in the village would also be appropriate, local shops, post office etc. Local places of interest and distances to larger towns, beaches or resorts may also give your property more appeal.
Please supply as many details as possible. Property details should of course include:
1. Price
2. Number of rooms (and sizes of)
3. Number of floors
4. Inside or outside toilet
5. Whether electric and water is connected
6. Size of the property in m2 (and any surrounding land)
7. Any out buildings which may be on the land no matter if they are in need of repair or not, they will add a little extra to the charm of your property and many people may have plans of restoring properties such as these.
If you are selling land in Bulgaria, tell us if the land is regulated or agricultural. If regulated, details of building permission are important. Finally do not be afraid to supply a photo or two of any surrounding landscapes of natural beauty, distant mountain ranges, forests or sea views.
Commission rates
Once the deposit is paid and the preliminary contract of sale between the buyer and the seller has been signed, it is time to pay our commission charge usually of
3% of the selling price, however commissions do vary as W.B.P. work with a number of different companies, constructors and representatives in Bulgaria. Land sales for example involve a lot of work and research and commissions will be set depending on local factors, size and price of land.
Remember there is no charge for this service unless we sell your property for you. Send us the details of your
property in Bulgaria and reach thousands of potencial buyers from all over Europe and the rest of the world.
